- Pickups, Powerups, and
are attracted to the player from much further away, allowing for easier pickup.

- Despite appearing like a bullet, the Magnet does not affect the player's bullets in any way.
- The Magnet is an extremely useful item to have in conjunction with the Loot Bag, as when the player takes damage and drops money, all the dropped money is immediately drawn back in and recollected.
- The Magnet is one of the few items in Exit the Gungeon that does not appear in its predecessor, Enter the Gungeon.
