Number 2 is a passive item. The Cultist starts with this item.
This item is exclusive to co-op mode and cannot be found via normal gameplay.
Effects
- Increases the player's movement speed by 2 and damage by 41% when their co-op partner is dead.
Notes
- As of A Farewell to Arms, can be unlocked by entering The Cultist's past. It is unknown if this item can be obtained in singleplayer after being unlocked.

Unused: Recessive Hero - If the player has Ancient Hero's Bandana, it causes an unknown effect.- The icon for this item seems to refer to the Anime "Afro Samurai" in which the titular hero wears a similar bandana (standing for "Number 2" as in the second highest ranked warrior) while in pursuit to reclaim his father's bandana which is that of the "Number 1".
- Number 2 shares its sprite shape with Bloodied Scarf and Ancient Hero's Bandana.
