Notes

• Pandemic Pistol - If the player also has Monster Blood, Gundromeda Strain, or Irradiated Lead, the pistol turns into the Pandemic Pistol, increasing ammo capacity, and its bullets bounce off walls and are linked like VertebraeK-47's bullets.
• Super Serum - If the player also has Gas Mask or Hazmat Suit, Plague Pistol's magazine size is increased by 50%, shot size is increased, and shots can bounce once.
