Old Red is an NPC that sets up shops in the Gungeon, where he will sell items, guns and pickups. This merchant will sell blanks, armor and blank-related items, such as ammolets. He starts appearing after being saved from a cell in the Gungeon Proper, Oubliette or Black Powder Mine. He states he is nearly blind, which would explain his name being Old Red, instead of Old Blue, and him mistaking the player for a bullet kin.
