Super Meat Gun is a gun that fires piercing, bouncing saw blades. It also increases movement speed by 1.5 while held and grants an empty heart container.

Trivia
- This gun is a reference to the sawblade trap from Super Meat Boy, and a joke about how there are so many of them.
- Its title "Very fast" and the first sentence of its description are also a reference to Super Meat Boy, where on the character select screen Meat Boy's description is "Very fast. Made of meat!"
- Dropping the Super Meat Gun and picking it back up causes the granted heart container to disappear and reappear empty.
- This is the only item in the game that doesn't grant a filled heart container on first pickup.
